Pay isn't that great. Promotions are hard to come by yet officers are constantly promoted. Dedicated, motivated employees are often over looked. Some management personnel clearly aren't management material and lack the responsibility of keeping employee-manager conversations confidential. The performance evaluations are a joke. Don't ever expect an increase more than the budgeted %. Management even tells deserving employees they deserve more but can't get it without it being taking away from another employee. So basically, everyone is always "average".

No support from management at all!!! This may have been localized to my area, but my regional manager (same person in my case) wasn't helpful at all either. I left the company almost a year ago under accusations of not taking care of my clients. To this day my clients still contact me and I end up contacting their new agent as they haven't received a phone call or mail or email from that person or the company informing them of the switch. The rates in California are a joke and no longer can compete with almost any other company.
