      Great people here who are all willing to learn and get the job done.

      Inconsistent work from home policy. Within mere weeks, the president of the company changed their policy from a hybrid work schedule to back in the office every day. Brookfield is changing culture and taking big risks. It may work out, but American National only cares about their clients. Their employees can rot for all they care.
