      Some great people, no where to grow.

      Pros

      I loved my supervisor and many of my coworkers. Casual Fridays.

      Cons

      Some in management are not good leaders. Only 30 minutes for lunch. No where to move up since the managers aren't retiring anytime soon and there is no need for new managers. Huge disconnect between office and field employees.

      The office staff is not very concerned with the difficulties of the technicians The ceiling is fairly low for workers that are not connected to someone higher up in the organization.

      Great coworkers, great training, professional yet still has family-owned feel. Working independently but still have team support.

      Cons

      Its pest control. Either you enjoy it or your don't. It's hot when its hot, cold when it cold.
