Pros

Great benefits, especially the hybrid work week and shortened work week (ending Fridays at noon). Plenty of nice people, always a lot going on with new ways to get work done, constantly evolving roles. If you’re smart, work hard, and aren’t afraid of change, you’ll be successful here. No more “DC Office,” just Chicago HQ and some remote workers in various states/countries.

Cons

Internal silos because there is no internal communication across teams - haven’t had a staff meeting in 6 months. Good attention to staff perks, not enough attention to staff people. Inconsistent policy for allowing select people to work remote full time, while others have to come to the office twice a week. Some volunteer leaders and members treat staff poorly.
