Pros

This company really puts the money where the donor expects it to go, to those in need. People who work here want to be here.

Cons

Company in flux. Infrastructure has gone through major changes in the last two years and many employees that lived through it are slowly coming on board. With change comes some confusion but they appear to be moving inthe right direction. The pay as expected is extremely low.
