Lack of recourse within organization to employees who protest, wish to resolve problems or seek redress. Deep structural cronyism. Punitive conduct towards those who ask questions or urge reform. Institutional arrogance and inertia. Open exploitation of donors and volunteers with false promises and platitudes. Misallocation of donor monies and volunteer time. Lack of respect for donor and volunteer privacy and confidentiality. Repeated violations of key federal and state regulations. Expensive use of PR to stifle criticism and dodge accountability. Leadership tends to be politically partisan and from right of the political spectrum.
