Pros

* Benefits (full coverage) * PTO * 401K * Frequent training, seminars * Clear direction and expectations set by management * Special assistance for CNAs and nurses (O2NE program)

Cons

* Highly political, rampant nepotism, operates like a fraternity * High-stress "hamster wheel" environment * Ever-climbing expectations while failing to provide significant perks * Employees overburdened by constantly expected to take on duties outside their scope in the name of "teamwork" * Employee exhaustion or dissatisfaction not taken seriously by management, investigated more throughly * Accrual of money is the ultimate agenda
