The ESOP. Folks at the mid level are passionate about growing. The basis of the firm, cabling, is very strong.

Cons

All male senior leadership. Most execs have been there for over 20 years and do not want to change. Women are scrutinized in a manner that is both strange and early 80's. Seem to want to grow but adamantly throw up barriers to doing so.
