      Pros

      Mid-size company so it provides for good level of involvement from senior management and corporate support staff is never too far away. Employee-owner mindset makes for a great work environment. Company personnel adhere to high ethical standards.

      Cons

      Very difficult to take vacation during each year. Company will pay you for unused vacation days, but an extra pay check is not as good for your mental and physical health as being able to take your earned vacations days throughout the year.

      Pros

      Very flexible work schedule. Compensation was National average. Great culture. Strong accounting team.

      Cons

      lack skills that are pertaining to key management skills. Lack of training and lack of career growth. Communication is a big issue. If you want a career that is stagnant and complacent this is the perfect place. Overall the company has a great culture and nice people. However, they need to invest in a new management structure or team, if they want to be able to retain talent and stay competitive for the future. My advise, look for a better opportunity somewhere else.

      Pros

      Great company that will open new opportunities within and outside of the company. Managers are very good at getting to know their employees and are easily approachable.

      Cons

      Government contractor. Just like any government contract, job security will always be a concern. For the most part they will work with you and assist in placing you with other contracting positions available.
