      Pros

      American Systems treats its employees exceptionally well. Offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits package. Effectively communicates with employees, yet does not micro-manage staff. Company treats staff like a part of the main organization.

      Cons

      Limited contracts within the area prevents the ability to stay with the company when contracts change or end. Limited positions to grow and/or transfer.

      Excellent benefits, great company; they take good care of their employees.

      Cons

      Better connection with interns on the goals of internship; however, I was the first, so I can understand.
