I've been working at American Technology Consulting for almost 2 years. The atmosphere here is dynamic and collaborative, which has been invigorating for my professional growth. ATC is a scam running by a group of some folks from Chennai and the company is Indian registered in the US market. I would urge people to think 10 times before joining such an organization because of some arrogant people in the management, They laid me off last year with a lame reason that I am not getting properly utilized I mean seriously because of the incompetency from the higher management to get the projects they are blaming the employees. They told me just two weeks before laying me off with no help. By God's grace I have been interviewing and had a few offers so it didn't affect me so badly else I would be jobless for next couple of months. I could have given the ratings in minus if that option is available.
