      Company currently controlled by supply chain basing KPI performance much lower than customer expectations creating a situation of declining sales while supply chain shows great performance. Supply chain unable to see through the customer’s eyes

      You can pay bills and have healthcare coverage

      Cons

      No accountability, zero leadership amongst management, the handbook is periodically updated to accommodate substandard work ethic, attendance policy not enforced, extraordinary high turnover (poor management), equipment is not maintained and always tagged out, you will lift more than advertised, yard jockeys will be doing warehouse work, constant over time due to lack of employees, good employees chased off to accommodate terrible employees
