Pros

I have only been here for a little over a month but the team work and drive that this company has is unparalleled. I have worked in the tire industry for a long time and this is the happiest i have been while working!

Cons

none so far that i know of.

Pros

ATD seems to be very team oriented. Workers are good. Supervisors are willing and able to help you learn the job. Pay is good for the workload.

Cons

Communication is slacking with some supervisors, probably an individual personality issue rather than ATD as a whole. Some supervisors do not lead by example...correct "safety concerns" of workers and then act in the same manner.
