      Outdoors, vitamin D inter act with customers

      Cons

      Only in the winter when we have very low temperatures, and the challenge of heavy snow and our equipment fails because of it.

      -benefits are good -home/work life balance is great -lots of opportunity to advance your career -lots of talented leaders in the network -pay is competitive -great safety program

      Cons

      -hire a lot of externals for management roles -experienced workers that run the business get overlook for advancement, once the external management get fired or leave you are left fixing their mess. -no real training for management roles -just got out of a chapter 11
