Pros

My bosses were fabulous. Love not being micro-managed but trusted to own your space and communicate.

Cons

Very low salary, but I would have stayed due to the flexibility of the job. Growth on the marketing team is questionable. The team is a constantly-changing organism that changes with whomever is hired, so if that doesn't involve you, then you're going to be let go.

Lots of work, team was cut in half with only 4 competent people getting things done for ALL brands and locations.
