Ability for some to work from home.

Cons

Director and Manager are the WORST. They gossip about employees, they do not care about employees, they treat you as a number not a person. Manager has her favorite employees and if your not one of them then you will get picked on, and belittled in front of your team. Director not only allows this but seems to encourage it. It you bring things up to her she will look at you and say "well just quit then". HR only does so much.

Dark work environment (no windows/natural light) for those who do not have an office.
