Pros

Some of the people in the company are down right caring and nice. Most of these people are hourly and lower in the chain.

Cons

Almost all policies seem to change at any given moment. Most of the management are coming straight out of college not giving the rest of the company a chance for advancement. These managers are papmered and have upper managers supporting them - not the people who need it - the ones who actually perform the labor.

Pros

Flexibility is great, life/work balance, creativity and relationship building opportunities. Team environment, only see supervisor once a quarter, yearly product launches, company vehicle

Cons

micromanaged, recently required to work nights and weekends. Consumer spending is down because of unemployment and uncertainty in the marketplace which directly affects sales. Haven't had a bonus in over a year, compensation plan isnt as realistic as it used to be
