The company lives by its mission statement and walks its vision (it's not just talk); is committed to succeeding through the development of its team members. Allows opportunity for advancement.
Cons
AWC is not the highest paying company when it comes to base pay (although when the company as a whole is performing well the bonuses are pretty good). Can be difficult to move from one functional area of the company to another without taking a step back in your career.
