Anywhere but Customer Care

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Remote work, that’s about it.

Cons

You can’t get out of customer care unless you are a suck up. Random layoffs with no warning (shocking for a BILLION dollar company). Bonus structure dwindles away more and more each year. Annual “merit” raise is maybe a quarter an hour. The rest of the company is completely different from the high school-esque customer care department.
