Pros

Company really goes above and beyond for employees. Free food, t-shirts, picnics, paid holidays, weekends off. If there is a problem, they want to fix it. Very much live by the open door policy. As long as you show up and do your job you won't have a problem.

Cons

Some disconnect between corporate and the reality at the plants level. Seems to be improving though with the increase in communication.
