Nice, accessible office (close to highways and O'Hare) Diverse clients and project types (small to huge) Supportive colleagues Good for independent worker types Well defined web development process Pride in work

Cons

Run like garment factory instead of a professional services company Poor growth opportunities General negative attitude; clients and MBAs often mocked Excessive client complaints saying they are being "nickeled and dimed" Family run so seemed hard to advance based on merit Excruciating workload when compared to other Web developers

Pros

Good place to start a CS career and pick up a lot of skills. Company is definitely growing, they are always hiring new people each month. Team environment is okay and full of experienced talented people.

Cons

Disrespectful HR team. They do not respond to emails when necessary, especially for resources after working there. Not much diversity amongst the people working there. Holding mass gatherings during the pandemic, which were risky. Most importantly, people don't establish a friendship outside of the company workflow. The company doesn't do enough to build bonds between people other than just work.
