Friendly management, very approachable. Recently moved into a new office building. Get to work with high-profile clients. Fun environment. Bosses know it's rough, they're forgiving and have your back.

Cons

Some days are high pressure and incredibly stressful! You may have to deal with multiple customers who have urgent issues.
