Pros

I came from a toxic sales organization that bragged about their "culture" so I was thrilled to find that the culture that Americaneagle.com bragged about was actually true! The people I work with daily are fantastic and the work-life balance is solid. While initially not the biggest 'remote work' organization, they have grown with the times and allow for flexible WFH scheduling as needed too. There are many opportunities for vertical (or horizontal) growth within the company as long as you make your goals known and you put in the effort to master your current role. Americaneagle.com is rapidly growing and its very exciting to be apart of an organization that is extremely forward thinking in terms of IT trends and the market.

Cons

The Account Manager role is similar to the 'Customer Success Manager' role in other organizations so you can end up getting a ton of menial tasks dumped on you by folks in other departments. Not an Americaneagle.com-specific problem but it can get tiresome. Another issue would be that the top performing Account Managers end up getting overworked or overloaded with clients since management wants the top paying/difficult clients to have the most attention. This causes AM workloads to be unevenly spread amongst the department which can cause burnout in some cases.
