Invests in Their Employees

Pros

For a company that wants to be the best in the industry and a "one-stop shop" for their customers, they understand they need to continually invest in training and certification for their employees. Great place to develop your skills, there's room for growth, and the culture lives up to the hype.

Cons

Benefits are relatively expensive and 401k match could be better, but they're comprehensive and will most likely get better as the company continues to grow.

Pros

You can find some really cool and fun peopel Pay is decent

Cons

- Don't expect loyalty, they will let you go in a heartbeat if they have to and blame it on poor performance -Owners will shove their ideologies and politics down your throat (COVID was handled very poorly) -the culture is a facade, some employees have 0 soft skills. You are overworked. Project managers will act like they own you.
