      Pros

      It is a terrific opportunity to be involved in very high exposure web sites that create a lot of attraction on your resume. The development team is very knowledgeable and resourceful and always willing to put in the extra hours to ensure high quality products and applications.

      Cons

      The company tends to work individuals a little harder than normal because the websites they support are such high-profile.

      - Great Benefits: Insurance, 401k, Life Insurance, Vacation, PTO, ETC - Great, Creative Culture -Flexible Schedules - Personal Growth -Spring and Winter Company Outings -On site cafeteria with fresh foods and Starbucks coffee! Also free Papa Nicholas Coffee on each floor with options like hot chocolate and french vanilla.

      Cons

      Huge transitions are happening daily, weekly, monthly so changes are bound to happen - after a few years working here, its exciting and you learn to roll with the changes. We want to be the biggest and the best.

      Pros

      Some of the greatest and brightest people you'll ever meet work at Americaneagle.com. It is truly incredible how amazing the work is, there is really nothing they can't do. Everyone from Sales through Production to Launch and after are hands-on and work as a team to complete every project and keep it up/running. The designers are constantly producing award winning sites. If there is ever something you don't know or are unsure of, there is always a large team of people within the company to have your back and help you out. Americaneagle.com is headed to better and bigger things very shortly!

      Cons

      I had to leave AmericanEagle due to my husband's job being transferred. Americaneagle.com is a constantly expanding and growing company with that does come your standard growing pains but nothing extreme.
