      Pros

      I have really enjoyed my time at Americaneagle.com. Everyone is so friendly and supportive — it truly feels like a team environment where collaboration is encouraged. They also plan fun events that bring people together and make the workplace enjoyable. Another huge plus is how flexible and accommodating the company is when you need it. Whether it's a scheduling conflict or something unexpected, leadership is understanding and willing to work with you. Overall, it's a great company culture with people who genuinely care about your success and well-being.

      volume of inbound leads for sales people is unmatched in the industry significant autonomy to execute what's necessary to win business multiple office locations with flexibility on where to work

      not a ton of proactive hands on training, you need to be a self starter

      Pros

      As a fully remote employee, the work life balance is great. There are no real after hours or weekend emails, meetings or expectations which is awesome and unlike the other agencies I have worked for. The people are so talented, collaborative, smart and innovative. Leadership has also been receptive to feedback and seems to be constantly working to make it better. Clients are mostly really great, too which is a nice plus!

      Cons

      It's an agency so there is a lot of turnover but I don't think that's unique to this organization. The current insurance is through United which isn't great but at least its coverage!
