      Pros

      Americaneagle.com is one of the best places to work. The company has variety of portfolios to work on. It is easy to work on different CMS platforms as management is very co-operative and focused on individual growth along with company's vision. There is lot of transparency in any communication within company on any subject which concerns employee.

      Cons

      I hate the word "Cons" so i am going to say that Company is really progressing towards streamlining various processes which will benefit everyone.

      Pros

      Americaneagle.com is truly an amazing company to work for! When applying to jobs, I wanted to find a role that had room for growth and opportunity but that also gave me a fair work/ life balance - and that is exactly what Americaneagle.com offers. The company offers flex time which means you are able to customize your schedule to make it fit best with your personal life. This honestly took a weight off of my shoulders! There is 0 micromanagement that you need to worry about either- you are treated as an adult and are able to get your work done with no one breathing over your shoulder. The company is a family owned business and it shows! It is one big family here, and everyone helps each other out. I actually enjoy going to work, and that is the first time I've ever said that! I have truly never been happier in a role!

      I have not found one con since working here for over a year.
