- Great place to work because they highlight family values. - As a PM, you will have the opportunity to meet people across the organization. - The company is building a culture of "ownership" over one's work.

Cons

- The company can benefit from a more rigorous on-boarding and training program - Formal process is not always clear. It is likely you will be put in a position to fend for yourself. In the long run, this will be to your benefit as you should always know how to get an answer and deal with ambiguity.

Pros

Fast-paced environment with constant growth opportunities. Fair compensation- If you work hard, you will be rewarded. An incredible team of people that are truly dedicated to their clients. Everyone embraces working in a "team" environment and are always willing to help. Gorgeous new office.

Cons

There is never any shortage of work. This may require some long hours, which could be looked at as a con, but personally, I enjoy the fast pace and stability.
