Americaneagle.com has been growing like crazy in the short time I have worked here. Everyone is great and wants to make sure you succeed. I am an Account Manager and was promoted within a year and have gotten the opportunity to work with various big-name clients. They trust their employees and hard-work does not go unnoticed. Managment is also very open to listening to any questions you have and no one in the company is too big for any lower employee. Everyone has an open door policy and it is comforting knowing your higher-ups are there to support you. The main office is also located very close to Chicago's public transportation systems so it is a very easy commute if you are coming from the city.

You very rarely take your home with you and need to work outside business hours. This will happen sometimes, but it's not the norm, and will happen with any job you want to work hard at.
