Great culture. HR works extremely hard to put on fundraising events and other activities.

Pros

I liked the pay, benefits and that it was M-F. Performance bonuses also.

Cons

Over worked, high stress, impossible metric requirements. Management didn’t give any feedback in the time I was there, which was almost a year. Manager talked down to agents especially if he felt like he could get away with it.
