Working with Americo has been a wonderful experience so far. The hiring process and training were very efficient and streamlined while also being transparent about the expectations and pace of the work. The staff was very knowledgeable and supportive every step of the way. The demands of the job can be high at times, but the company and management not only ensures employees have everything to succeed in their duties but also in their personal life. The company offers every possible opportunity to help you grow as a professional and is attentive to your personal needs. One of the biggest things to highlight is the unique culture Americo Life fosters. The company does a great job in bringing our community together through diverse activities dedicated to employees well-being, and community service. I am proud of being part of Americo and look forward to continue working with the company for the foreseeable future.
