Head supervisor is nice Some overtime if you want it

Peers will treat you like you're trash Hostile environment No communication from first line supervisor Have to do the automation job too which is for a completely different company

Flexible scheduling. Easy to learn job duties.

Cons

Management is very disrespectful and inconsiderate to the people that actually put in the work to keep the company running. Gloomy environment, low morale, no team players.
