Pros

Decent starting pay for a forklift operator, they take people on with zero warehouse or powered equipment experience and provide all cold weather PPE.

Cons

The Belvidere location is run by people who don't know how to effectively operate a warehouse which causes major backups in productivity, leading to a lot of mandatory overtime. The work-life balance is terrible. They have you work 6x 12 hour shifts a week because they choose not to keep track of inventory and let lazy or incompetent workers get away with sneaking away for up to an hour at a time and not doing their tasks. They have no systems in place for monitoring productivity so the majority of people end up doing the bare minimum (or less) to keep things moving and the people who actually have a work ethic have to pick up the slack.

Pros

Orginal managment culture was truly a cut above the rest. Pay is decent for zero lack of expectation.

Cons

Automation doesn't work. Multiple failed launches from the sister site in PA. False promises. New GM is young and his inexpensive shows. Odd intimidation tactics.
