Total compensation is consistent with industry peer groups, sustaining our position as an attractive choice while managing overhead effectively.

Cons

Executive leadership has failed to articulate a viable vision, leading to a string of tactical missteps that have ceded ground to competitors. IT operations have devolved into isolated silos, plagued by erratic budgeting and a total lack of strategic integration. The current environment is professionally hostile, creating a talent exodus that the business cannot afford to ignore.

Low pay for working in a refrigerated environment. Being in Alberta, our HR was in California. Corporate had little oversight to the small canadian location.
