its americold first family second. no advance notice of work schedual. no training. no perks for working at americold. benifits are bad

One of the largest Refrigerated Warehouse network, good programs and learning experience. Good compensation. lot of safety prizes.

Cons

Few Holidays, lesser vacation, top management takes a long time to revert back. Have recently a lot of competition
