Lots of Micromanaging systems / required from managers. The Managers were positive but the trickle down pressure from executives started to take root big time. No work / life balance it’s non existent. As time went by I was never truly convinced that we were actually “helping” our clients. I have been a top producer my entire sales career but this factor did take a toll on my sales production. I need to believe in the product and company I represent. The company uses a manipulative bait and switch tactic on it’s hurting / vulnerable clients that are desperately looking for help.
