      Pros

      They have the best compliance I've ever seen in my sales career. The management is constantly working to improve thi gs for both the employees and the customers. They give the employees a voice and hear any suggestions that you think could improve our process.

      Cons

      I don't see any downside to working for Americor they've done everything in thier power to give us the opportunity to thrive even in this difficult time with the pandemic.

      This company will give you as much as you want as long you put in the work. You are in control of your earning potential. Make sure you hit your goals at the end of the month to be apart top performer events.

      You might need to work long hours at the beginning of your career as a sales associate if you want to learn quick to make the big bucks faster.
