      Work remotely, high call volume and good benefits

      You are micromanaged by the Key Performance Indicators i.e. Total Talk time lead conversion and the debt amounts are too low to be able to make any real money. It is a total grinding machine that you either fit into or die trying to keep all of the numbers in good standing. 12+ hours a day with a minimum of 4.5 hours of talk time.
