      I’m striving to think of a pro but can’t come up with much here

      Cons

      Many downsides to americon which we renamed it to on my team. Americon is like every other debt settlement company in Irvine and nothing more. Fake loan offers to get people into our program.

      Middle of Irvine and close to some great places.

      Cons

      Managers play favorites. Ceo that we don’t even know cut our pay to increase his. Fake reviews online and Fake direct mail marketing. This place is at the forefront of low ethical standards and extremely shady business practices. What they tell you that you can make versus what you actually make is crap.

      Pros

      Americor has a great selfless leadership that is hard to find anywhere. They take good care of their employees. It feels like you're going home with a great culture. Americor presents the opportunity to make a good living fast. The company is growing rapidly. Ceo is very humble and employees feel appreciated. They sponsor lunches/dinners multiple times a week.

      Not having a 401k yet... Working on it though
