Pros

Americor provides a refreshing positive sales atmosphere along with an abundance of leads to make $. You also get that extra bonus of feeling great because you are helping people and making a difference in their lives/future. The company takes pride in ongoing team development/training along with one on one personalized development/training. Management is knowledgeable, encouraging, engaged, and keeps things competitively fun. The company shows appreciation and listens to their employees suggestions. The sales process/systems are designed to provide ease and efficiency for both the sales rep and the client. The compensation is there for the taking, so like any sales position you will get out what you put in.

Cons

No real cons, the company is growing rapidly which is exciting. In hopes that as the company continues to grow the benefits package will also continue to grow.

Dishonest marketing strategy and they don't want you to act in the best interest of the client. Debt settlement has a low success rate but they won't tell you that.

Most of us are looking for other jobs so not much opportunity

Cons

Pay cuts here at Americor so be aware before joining on to understand how what you were told your comp will be versus what the reality will be or the future will be. My pay was recently cut substantially and it is a lot of work for low pay. You can bring hundreds of thousands in settlements and make peanuts for it. You need to realize you’re making very little in this role here. No paid holidays while the slimy and greedy owner hardly works everyday.
