      Pros

      Everyone that I am close with is looking for other jobs. Be sure you are ok with manipulating people who are in a financial crisis. I drank the koolaid to get paid but not anymore.

      Cons

      Everyone I know is looking for another job away from this industry. Time to look for an exit. Too many cons to list but if you join on now then be ready to be looking for a new job a couple months into it.

      I personally didn’t enjoy my time there and many are seeing the same warning signs

      Cons

      Sales reps lie all day long. I believe the compensation is very low for the role which is why they continue to grow in Idaho. No one likes our management team. It feels like a bad high school experience.
