The people I work with are absolutely fantastic. In the Irvine office there is a close knit environment that kindles professional friendships and a comfortable place for questions and immediate help. No matter what position you hold. I had the pleasure to work with Manager Daniel Flores who is always there for the employees. He has a real open door policy and goes above and beyond the call of duty. Kristi ferguson, Victoria Park and Carren Chavez are exemplary Team Leads. They always have time for any question or concern that an employee has. Jesse Rodriguez and David Fausey are team leads with a passion and share their passion and enthusiasm with employees and make them feel comfortable.

Friendly with hard working coworkers, the energy is always super pumped up and my teammates are always willing to help! I love my team

Cons

Negative people make the job harder and it's a nuisance to hear in general. Hard to focus on my work when someone who isn't doing well is putting the blame on everyone else but doing nothing themselves - I just stay out of it and hang around people who don't put a damper on my lunch and breaks. People also try to insult good Negotiators for nothing I can assume but jealousy...again I just stay out of it and I'm doing pretty well for myself. Thankfully theres only a few people here like that so its pretty avoidable.

Great opportunity and rapid growth

Cons

With rapid growth comes several challenges. When taking on several employees in a short amount of time, it is up to the leads and management to insure a positive work environment. The leads and management have stepped up to this challenge and are doing a great job. Not everyone is going to be happy; however, the staff does an amazing job of accommodating everyone and there are several channels to express grievances.
