Great place to make money and feel good about what I do

The leads are insane. The calls are blowing up. This is the first company since 2006 that I’ve worked at where the opportunity to make money is mind blowing. I’ve been here for 8 months and my check last month was 34k. I’m on track to make the most money I have in 10 years. The best part is you are making money and truly helping people. There product works amazingly. I get calls from so many clients a year after being in the program thanking me that I saved there family. There is no better feeling than that. The ceo truly cares about his employees and caring out his vision of helping people get out of debt. The crm is insane. It makes all the outbound calls for you so all you have to do is close deals.

Cons

They do require you to work sat and put in long hours. But it’s worth it cause I love my job and make great money

Cons

Management not together. Two buildings are separated by management and culture. Built up on false promises. No two people will tell you the same thing. At worst company is Debt Settlement in a fancy dress. There are no reports or checks to ensure that a clients file is actually taken care of. People are being sued because their file was handled improperly. Yearly audits are fixed to meet the needs of the business but are not actually standard practices.

Besides having a unique and fantastic product, Americor is a company that cares about their employees. They provide incredible training with cutting edge technology and give you the tools to be successful. Great work environment promoting team spririt. Team Leads make it a fun place to work. Great Leads and a lot of them. When I became very ill management showed tremendous support during my difficult time I cannot thank them enough for the genuine concern and support. This is a great company to work for!
