Good stepping stone job to earn a decent base pay. Awesome food options near by.

Cons

Commission could be a bit higher per settlement once goals are hit. Aggregate ( settlement percentage vs. original) goals are a bit too optimistic to receive the second level tier for your bonus. The company treats everyone like cattle. Very little human aspect/empathy to the job for real-life situations.

We are doing our best to put process and procedures in place, but sometimes we realize that there is a better way to do things and we need to make changes.
