Pros

Americor is great place to work. It gives you the opportunity to be in control of your income and how hard you want to work. The abilities to grow with in the company is one of the main reasons I applied. This company has turned into my family and the higher ups are always willing to help. I have felt nothing but support here from my superiors and my co workers.

Cons

I work a lot of weekends but that’s by choice

Americor’s services genuinely help people regain control of their financial future, which makes the work fulfilling.Management provides hands-on coaching and ongoing training to help employees refine their sales skills and improve performance.

Cons

Cons for me is really hard this company has changed my life entirely and is very accommodating. I guess if I had to say 1 thing just the stress of meeting goal.

Can't say enough about the training and culture here. They set you up for success and everyone supports everyone here. From the trainers, to the management and upper management they truly care about your success here.

It is a grind, but you can find good balance here.
