Low base pay, low commissions compared to how much we close, mandatory weekends/overtime. Micromanagement seems to come from the top down. Clients are rude a lot of the time. If you don't make enough phone calls even though you are mass producing settlements, you get wrote up. If you don't hit your personal settlement goal you get wrote up. They essentially expect you to jump on overtime every weekend and it's just not feasible if you have a family.
