Complete bait and switch. They’ll tell you about the top people that are making money but then put you on recycled leads. You’ll never earn what the senior reps are earning. The training was horribly long and overly inflated. I’ve been in the industry for years. It’s not that complicated. The customers are told they’re applying for a loan. The vast majority will not be approved. You’ll then have to try to sell them. Most of them feel baited as thy ley know nothing of debt settlement. The leads were complete garbage. Most of the people in my train quit within 90 days. A real salesperson can sniff out BS pretty quickly.
