Amazing - A Company That Cares

Pros

Americor has given me a position that not only strengthens my family, but also gives me the ability to help families across the country. That’s why I show up every day, because what we do truly helps. I feel wanted at this company and cared for.

Cons

There is a grind, as there is with any sales job. But it’s in that grind where growth happens, where opportunities open, and where we earn the ability to provide for our families and help others do the same.

Pros

I am a sales rep for Americor. As a top rep I make $200k+ yearly but I give a lot of my time. In return I am paid well! The leads and calls are consistent, I personally feel like they care about me as a person, and I love being apart of a team.

Cons

Things change constantly so you have to be adaptable. Sometimes they change for good, sometimes for bad, but you have to be able to roll with the punches and not jump ship when the going gets tough! This job will take your time and your life but the money is worth it

Pros

Some coworkers were supportive, and the job itself could have been fulfilling under better leadership.

Cons

The overall environment was one of the most unprofessional and unsafe I’ve ever experienced. There were multiple serious concerns reported about inappropriate behavior by management pleasuring himself and calling women he managed, and despite employees raising these issues through the proper channels, nothing meaningful was done to protect staff. It created a workplace where many of us felt uncomfortable, unheard, and unprotected. Work-life balance was nonexistent. The expectation was to work long hours with no regard for personal time, and constant pressure made the job incredibly stressful. Threats of termination direct or impliedwere used frequently, creating a culture of fear rather than support. There were also consistent bait-and-switch tactics regarding job duties, compensation, and expectations. What was promised during hiring did not match the reality of the position, and attempts to seek clarification or improvement were dismissed.
