Americor has been a financial opportunity that I almost missed. I had witnessed a family member go through a nightmare with a similar type of company 12 years earlier. I was very sceptical and hesitant to move forward with my interview. I told my wife the morning of my interview that I wasn't going because I didn't want to be a part of a company that operated without integrity. For some nagging reason I went to the interview thinking I would drill the interviewer with questions to get to the truth about their hidden agenda. The interviewer was professional and confidently explained the integrity, professionalism, and transparency that the company was built on. I accepted the position with apprehension, thinking I would find the kink in the armour. Fortunately my fears were never realized. I began working for Americor in November of 2022. Did I mention I am a 62 year old U.S. Air Force Veteran. I am very grateful for the ability at my age to make a very lucrative income. I can work all of the overtime I can handle to help the myriad of clients in need of financial assistance. Americor gave this guy a chance and gives thousands of clients each month second chances too. I am forever grateful.
Cons
I wish I could come up with something this company could do better, but I can't. They offer excellent training. Management are leaders not bosses. Employees are helpful and assist new hires with tips and share ideas with positive and supportive attitudes. Americor even has a treat cart that brings snacks to our desks. Ice cream socials, Pizza, Never ending coffee, tea and Kombucha. Even a day puppies are brought in to help bring a comforting environment to the office. It just doesn't get any better than here at Americor.
