Pros

Americor is a company that will promote from within. They try to stay away from favoritism and give everyone an open platform to voice their opinions in a comfortable environment.

Cons

The pay could be a tad bit better as you move up in the company. I do not feel like you should take a paycut to move up and take on more responsibilities and a bigger workload.

There are no pros to working with Americor.

Cons

Little pay for the amount of work you are given. Insane work loads with no appreciation. Micro managing to an extreme. No company culture.
